This slide deck outlines a comprehensive redesign of the biannual request for proposals process for the Special Projects Fund at the New York Health Foundation. I conceptualized and managed this redesign as a member of NYHealth’s Grants Management team. This initiative not only enhanced user accessibility but also optimized data collection for strategic evaluation, providing insights into applicant demographics, emergent funding needs, and institutional progress on diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
